Online Check-in Rules
- You can make your transaction through the website of the airline company to which your ticket belongs.
- Online check-in starts 24-48 hours before the flight and closes 60-90 minutes before the flight. (It depends on the company.) If your flight is more than 24-48 hours away, the company will not allow online check-in.
- Turkish Airlines, AJet and Pegasus companies request a PNR number and surname during the online check-in process. You must write your surname in capital letters and without using Turkish characters.
- SunExpress company requests the departure airport, PNR/E-ticket number, name and surname during the online check-in process. You must write your first and last name in capital letters, without using Turkish characters, and if you have two names, without spaces, in a combined way.
