At Serenity Queen, all guests are welcomed with snacks and drinks, and all guests are accompanied until they complete their check-in procedures and settle into their rooms. VIP guests receive in-room check-in and special assistance services, and all guests receive welcome treats and letters of welcome in their rooms.

For our little guests between the ages of 4 and 12, there are; children's aqua pool, pirate games, baby chair, baby bed service, baby stroller, children's slide, babysitter and mini club for children between the ages of 4 and 12, as well as mini restaurant, mini disco, face painting, handicraft activities, treasure hunt, outdoor playground, playground with ball pool, game room, brain games and sleeping room.

The 1000 square meter spa is located on the r floor. All products used in the facility are certified organic. Absolutely not tested on animals. Respectful to nature and packaged with recycled materials. Air sterilization and surface disinfection using ecological biocidal disinfectants. Open every day between 09:00 - 19:00.

Equipped with high-tech equipment, the fitness center opens at 09:00 and offers the pleasure of doing sports with expert trainers between 09:00 - 17:00. The fitness center, which will be good for your soul and body, closes at 21:00.

The all-inclusive concept starts at 14:00 on the day of check-in and ends at 12:00 on the day of check-out. According to local laws, alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 18. The hotel management has the right not to serve alcohol to guests who may harm themselves or their surroundings after a certain amount of alcohol consumption.

Parental accompaniment is mandatory for use of the pool and activity areas. Animation programs and all other activities may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions, guest profile, season and physical factors.

According to local laws, smoking is prohibited in closed areas (Rooms, Lobby, Restaurant, etc.). Otherwise, it is subject to financial sanctions determined by local authorities.

The facility regularly carries out pest control and disinfection work in accordance with international quality standards. Pets are not allowed in the facility.

The hotel is designed to accommodate “SPECIAL” guests without any obstacles.

Our facility is open all year round and the Summer Concept is applied for accommodations between 01.04 - 31.10. There may be differences in Summer and Winter Concepts. The Winter Concept covers accommodations between 01.11 - 31.03.
