In our mansion, which we have restored diligently and faithfully to the original while preserving the spirit of history, we have a total of 6 high-comfort rooms and a cute courtyard. Thinking of the best for you, we designed each of our rooms with a different, unique architecture. The story of Palacitta Guest House, located in this heavenly land, is a Neo-classical Greek House in Ayvalık Center, Palacitta Guest House, which was built in the 1800s. According to our neighbors, in the 1900s, this was the house of the Arabs Uncle Necati and Aunt Emine. As the Aylin-Yağız Durak couple, we bought it in 2016 and started working on re-creating Palacitta Guest House in 2020. We have opened our doors to the 2023 spring-summer season with great excitement.

Our breakfast includes the most delicious options from the natural Aegean cuisine. Freshly baked pastries and pişis every morning. Fresh breads and cereals. Ayvalık's special cheese varieties, fresh curd cheese with sour cherry jam, delicatessen products, the freshest tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, a plate of plenty of greens. Our own brand Ayvalık Palacitta's special tomato sauce, our olive oil garnished with special olive spices. Our black, green and gourmet olives. Boiled eggs, the indispensable summer mixed fried dish with tomato sauce. Butter, the most natural honey and our homemade jams. Healthy prunes, walnuts and fruit plate. Ayvalık, the pearl of the North Aegean, is on the World Heritage List with its clean air, historical texture, heavenly bays and unique cuisine. The nearest beach, Kapri Beach, is 8 minutes by car and 30 minutes by foot.
