Opened in 1999 as a family business, Excotic Boutique Hotel welcomes its guests in a fishing village on the Iskele Bosphorus.

Exotic Hotel has a total of 22 rooms consisting of 3 different accommodation units: standard room, standard twin room and suite room (for families). The hotel rooms have a flat screen TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe, wardrobe, dressing table and private entrance as standard. The suite rooms have a large seating area as well.

Exotic Hotel offers its guests 2 different restaurants. Kıyı Restaurant is located right on the seafront and has a capacity of 130 people and serves a menu consisting of Mediterranean cuisine and seafood. Exotic Restaurant has an indoor seating area for 250 people and an outdoor seating area for 350 people. Exotic Restaurant serves to host your weddings, organizations and invitations.

Excotic Hotel x Spa offers its spa center with a wide range of services for its guests to get away from the tiredness before the holiday and from daily life. There are different services in the Spa x Wellness center such as shiatsu massage, Thai massage, traditional messages, Turkish bath, special for couples and romatic packages. There are also 3 different swimming pools in the hotel. There are water slides in the pools.

The reception service is open 24 hours a day to keep the comfort of the guests staying at the highest level. You can get help from the reception staff for transactions such as safety deposit box, luggage storage, lockers, private check-in/check-out, daily housekeeping, ironing service, dry cleaning, fax/photocopying. Free parking is available on site.

Exotic Hotel x Spa is located in the heart of Famagusta, North Cyprus, where you can easily reach most entertainment and cultural centers. The beaches on the island, such as Turtle Beach, Bafra Beach, Longbeach Beach, Silver Beach, Glapsides Beach and Golden Beach, are a few minutes away from the hotel. Kantara Church, the ancient Greek-Roman city of Salamis, and the Apostolos Andreas Monastery are also close to the hotel.
