Dachas Cove Houses

We established our farm in 2000 for our family to live. We chose this lifestyle to get away from city life and for our children to grow up peacefully in nature. We have continued to live on our farm with our cows, geese, chickens and lambs since that day.

However, with the opening of many hotels, hostels and accommodation venues around us, we thought that more people should benefit from this unique beauty and therefore we found it appropriate to transform our farm into a Hotel/Farm, Farm/Hotel concept.

As a result of our work that lasted nearly 2 years, we have built 19 houses, swimming pools, restaurants, spas and new areas such as Turkish baths. We promise you a holiday that will make you feel like you are not staying in a hotel on the banks of the river, but on your own farm, where you will have a unique and unforgettable experience.

So why did we call it Dachas Cove Houses? It first emerged on lands given to the palace during the Tsarist Russian period. While dachas belonged mostly to aristocrats during the Tsarist Russian period, artists and intellectuals gained importance during the Soviet Union period. Some artists and wealthy dacha owners preferred to call their dachas country houses.

Politicians, high-ranking bureaucrats, high-ranking generals, scientists, and important writers, poets and musicians such as Alexander Pushkin, Anton Chekhov, Ivan Shishkin, Boris Pasternak, Aleksandr Dovjenko, Sergei Chavain had dachas in Russia and Ukraine.

The presence, location and size of houses were also considered an indicator of the social status of the citizens. A dacha is a detached or residential house, cottage, holiday home, summer house or villa, usually located near Russian, Ukrainian, other former Soviet and, to a lesser extent, former Eastern Bloc cities.

Located in Ağva, the property is 25 km from Şile Centre and 2 km from Ağva Beach.

Only credit cards are used as payment methods in our facility. Cash payments are not possible.

For pets, guests are charged an additional fee of 200 TL per pet, per night.
