Guests who will attend the concerts must also register for the concert programs after entering the facility. Seating arrangements for the concerts will be made by the facility authorities at the special reservation tables in the lobby area of the facility according to the priority of the guests' check-in date. The designated tables are valid for all concerts, and all concerts will be watched at the same tables and chairs.

There will be no food service at the tables. Each table will have refreshments such as fruit platters, snacks, popcorn, chips, cheese platters. Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served to guests during the concert.

Children are not allowed in the concert area. Children aged 13 and over will be given a seat in the hall as the concerts are priced at the adult price. Strollers are not allowed in the hall.

For children aged 4 and above, services such as a sleeping room, TV room, show room and children's cinema will be provided in a location close to the concert area. In addition, children will have a pleasant time with activities such as clowns, magicians, face painting and balloon folding. Babysitting service is not provided in the facility.
