Istlada Stone House Apart is a two-storey stone house planned as an apart, which was built as a result of the combination of traditional Mediterranean architecture and modern architecture within the Kekova Special Environmental Protection Zone in Demre Kapaklı District and started to provide service in 2021. Istlada Stone House takes its name from the Lycian Civilization. There are many ancient settlements belonging to the Lycian Civilization within the Kekova Special Environmental Protection Zone. Istlada Stone House is a 2-storey stone house with the ground floor being the 1st floor. It consists of 6 rooms, 3 rooms on the ground floor and 3 rooms on the 1st floor.

In terms of its architectural structure, it is planned as a common area on the ground floor in the form of a room, living room and kitchen, and has a structure where 5 families can stay independently of each other. In Istlada Stone House, our guests can prepare all kinds of food in their own kitchens, and if they wish, they can also taste local dishes, and if they wish, our guests can even participate in the agricultural activities carried out in our garden according to the season. Our priority at Istlada Stone House is the satisfaction of our guests.

The ancient settlement in Kapaklı, which remains from the Lycian Civilization, is also called Istlada. Lycian Way walking enthusiasts walking between Üçağız and Demre will be able to see the ancient city of Istlada to the east of Gökkaya Bay. Our main goal is for our guests to have a unique holiday in a quiet and peaceful environment, alone with nature, sea and Mediterranean culture, all four seasons. It is located in Demre, Antalya. Üçağız is 10-15 km from Kale Köy (Simena) and Myra in the Demre district center, the Lycian Civilizations Museum, the Santa Claus Church, Taşdibi Beach, Çayağzı Beach, and 45 km from Kaş, and is at a point where many places in the region can be easily reached.
