Körfez Termal, which operates on a timeshare system, has four different apartment types ranging from 55 to 120 m2. The smallest of these can accommodate 3-5 people, and the largest can accommodate 6-8 people. Each apartment includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, television, air conditioning and kitchenware. The healing thermal water can also be accessed from the bathroom in the apartment, and free Wi-Fi is also available.

Körfez Termal, which combines the comforts of a hotel and a home, also makes its guests happy in terms of the restaurant. The restaurant, which serves as an open buffet, offers both local flavors and examples from different world cuisines. Cafes with pastries and beverages and a market are at your service all day long. You can find Edremit's famous olive oil as well as other flavors in the local products center.

Körfez Termal draws attention with its SPA center. In the center, women and men benefit from the healing water in two separate sections. Both have thermal pools, saunas, steam rooms and Turkish baths. You can enjoy the sea on the beach belonging to the facility. Körfez Termal has many alternatives in terms of activities. You can color your day with various activities from cultural tours to volleyball, olive harvest to table tennis, playstation and coin-operated games.

Körfez Termal offers its guests the positive aspects of the open air in its landscaped area. There are ornamental pools, walking paths and resting areas in this area. Children meet the fun world of games in specially designed sections. Körfez Termal meeting hall, which has technical equipment such as projectors and a capacity of 200 people, opens its doors to seminars and congresses. Parking is free in the facility where the reception is open 24 hours a day.

Körfez Termal is 15 km away from Koca Seyit Airport. With your own car, you can reach the facility in 3.5 hours from Istanbul, 2.5 hours from Bursa and 2 hours from Izmir. You can also make the journey less tiring by using the Yenikapı-Bandırma ferry.

Pets are not allowed in the facility, where check-in and check-out times are 14:00 and 12:00.
