Our hotel is a bed and breakfast concept, and our rich and varied breakfast consisting of homemade and local flavors appeals to the taste of our guests. In addition, cold and hot beverages are served from our snack bar in our pleasant garden. Parla Küçükköy, which opened its doors to its guests in May 2023 in Küçükköy, the shining star of Ayvalık, is a family business built to reflect the spirit of the village.

We wanted to create a place where you can feel at home while enjoying the simple and peaceful atmosphere of Küçükköy. Reflecting the spirit of the village, its restored, ruined or renovated stone houses, crooked cobblestones and historical texture offer you the opportunity to create your own reason to love and different beauties that you can enjoy in every season. Parla Hotel consists of 11 rooms, 2 superior, 2 deluxe with balcony and 7 deluxe, where you can stay peacefully, away from noise and carefully decorated with bird sounds.

While walking through the streets that smell of history, you come across different surprises in every corner of Küçükköy, where there are art galleries, workshops and boutiques, there are also many cafes where you can taste the flavors of Bosnian culture. Küçükköy stands out as the newest attraction center of the Aegean. You can enjoy the sea at the Beach Club with which we have an agreement on Sarımsaklı beaches, which you can reach in 5 minutes by car.

Our hotel is located in Art Village, Ayvalık Küçükköy, the shining star of the Aegean, within walking distance to Küçükköy Bazaar Center, 3 km to Sarımsaklı Beach, 6 km to Ayvalık Cunda Island and 35 minutes to Balıkesir Edremit Kocaseyit Airport.
