Gündoğan, formerly known as Farilya, meaning sunrise, was founded in 353 BC. The oldest settlement on the Bodrum peninsula is Gündoğan, or Farilya in ancient times.
Gündoğan, which has a rich historical past, has hundreds of rock tombs belonging to the Legler, the first settled people of the peninsula.
It is located on the slope of a hill between Yalıkavak and Türkbükü, 20 km from Bodrum Center. You will find the warmth of your home in our new facility in Gündoğan, which has the longest beach of the Bodrum Peninsula.
