Our villa is in a site and there is 24/7 security. Our villa is Duplex (2 floors) and has a total of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 separate double bedrooms and 1 3-person bedroom. Our villa has a capacity of 7 people. All bedrooms in our villas have terraces and balconies. There is a cradle (park bed) for babies in our villa. There is a high chair for babies in our villa. There is free internet (Wi-Fi) in our villa. There is a parent's bathroom, toilet and sink on the 2nd floor. There is a normal toilet and sink downstairs. Great care is taken in cleaning in our villa and bed linens are changed after each customer leaves. The pool is cleaned with special disinfectant cleaning agents. Our villa is heated from the floor and is very hot. There is absolutely no heating problem.

Our villa has its own water wells, 100% thermal hot and cold water wells. There is absolutely no problem of water cuts in our villa. Our villa has its own private closed parking lot for vehicles. There is a playground and entertainment area for children on our site. Swings, slides, seesaws, etc. There is a basketball court in our site. There is a large picnic area and greenery on our site. There is an ornamental pool, walking paths, bicycle paths, children's playground and pergolas in our greenery area. You will feel yourself in nature with the large greenery area of our site. Thanks to the fireplace on the balcony that can be opened and closed, it is possible to barbecue even in winter.

You can meet all your needs thanks to the large social facilities, markets, holiday villages, mosques, etc. located right next to our villa. There is a large LCD Plasma TV. All kitchenware is fully equipped. There is everything from A to Z, such as pans, pots, dinner plates, forks, spoons, glasses, coffee cups, etc. In our villa, there are all white goods, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, stove. It has its own large thermal pool. Our villa's pool dimensions are / Length 2.60 cm / Width 1.60 cm / Depth 1.50 cm and it is a large pool.

There is no transportation problem to our villa. There are vehicles coming from the bus station to the door of our site.
