Yaso's Suites

Yasemin Ulukartal, the daughter of an industrialist family from Izmir, known to everyone as Yaso, used to spend her summer holidays with her family in their house in Ardıç since her childhood. The “Park Apart Hotel”, which was built by her grandfathers and is known as the first housing estate of Çeşme, was the cornerstone of Yaso's Suites becoming what it is today, as it is part hotel and part house.

This magnificent site in Ardıç, where you can swim in the most beautiful sea of Çeşme and watch the most beautiful sunset, witnessed the best memories of Yasemin Ulukartal's childhood and youth. Today's Yaso's Suites was the casino of Park Apart Hotel at that time and was an entertainment venue where Turkey's most important artists took the stage and where site residents and hotel guests had a great time.

Over time, the casino closed down and its area of activity changed, and the old casino became the home of the Ulukartal Family. After his work experience in PastaVilla, Paradise Beach, Verde oils, he returned to his main profession, Landscape Architecture. While undertaking the interior and exterior decoration works of hotels in Cyprus, he opened DCR INTERIORS, the largest decoration store on the island.

He brought together furniture, decoration, textile and lighting products from many parts of the world with Cypriots. Finally, he returned to his father's house. He decided to channel all his experiences and energy to the house in Ardıç where he spent his childhood memories. Finally, he brought together with Çeşme lovers Yaso's Suites, which consists of 10 suites with different concepts, inspired by the Aegean lifestyle, offering luxury and comfort together.
