Welcoming its guests with 16 rooms, the hotel accompanies the accommodation process with 4 different concepts. The standard rooms on the ground floor are preferred by those who want economical accommodation. The room crowned with a garden view has a fireplace, a French balcony and a French bed. Deluxe rooms with fireplace stand out as an alternative offering the best facilities. Depending on preference, there is also a jacuzzi option of the same concept. The jacuzzi and fireplace suite, preferred by guests who are fond of pleasure, is located on the attic of the business. The 26 m² room has a star bed, jacuzzi and fireplace. These rooms appeal to those who love luxury accommodation with their unique nature view.

The facility offers indoor and outdoor restaurant options. The indoor restaurant of the business has a nature and pool view. It is open until 22:00 in the summer season and until 20:00 in the winter season. Non-alcoholic beverages are served along with snacks.

Ağva Asmalı Garden reflects its privilege as the only hotel with a fireplace in all its rooms. The fireplaces lit by the operating staff are actively used in November, December, January, February, March and April. In the summer months, it is preferred to turn them off for maintenance and cleaning. In addition, 4 of the Deluxe rooms have Jacuzzis that can be used at all times.

There is only one pool in the facility that is open during the summer season. The pool, which is open between 10:00-19:00 and has a salt system, does not use chlorine. Although there is no parking lot belonging to the business, there are free parking spaces at the entrance of the facility.
